In Plaza Abastos (Food Market) of Vitoria-Gasteiz we had the opportunity to cook with Km0 products. First,  a local farmer explained us the way they  produce in an ecological and responsible way and told us why it is very important to consume local and seasonal products to support sustainability. After that and led by two professional  cooks we created our own dishes with Km0 ingredients. We finished the activity eating what we have cooked. Bon appetit!
